Running is one of the most efficient ways of staying fit. Before taking the step ensure that you are properly dressed for the run both safely and comfortably to give you the morale. It can be on a treadmill or on a track depending on your choice. The question of is that treadmill not boring if on a daily basis? It’s good to always spice up things and maybe a track would be best.
The track also needs not to be so monotonous.
A daily run on the same truck, same couple of minutes and just as flat as the run is not the best way of staying healthy. You may opt to get a run partner in order to challenge each other on the finishing time in order to have a sprint that will charge up things.
Running in a group is quite exiting as you may challenge each other to do stuff that if you were alone you would get bored easily. As a group you may want to outshine one or two of your colleagues and hence it’s better of placing a challenge on each other. The purpose of the group run is just like team work of a tag of war the stronger you become the better the results. Breaking during the jog and doing some body involving exercise is better off than just having a long run. In fact its better having short jogs and exercises on the way. This exercise may include:
Climbing a ladder
Throw weight around
Endure the hustle of the run and always think ahead. Think of it as being Usain Bolt and your health is the finish line that you will have to achieve. Having an music player headset along with you may not be necessary to help you move but momentum if put key you will have no doubt about the final goal but only to move for the best results.
As momentum is key how about challenging yourself to run up a hill. This may be solo or with your running mates. Up the will not be surely fun but am sure it will be exiting challenging yourself with your friends. You may also try chasing them uphill and see how it goes.
If alone one may opt to outdo himself by setting alarms of time and distance to cover. Just make sure not to snooze as you may run longer and longer. As you are alone do tiny exercise that may not bore you easily, carry something slightly heaving to have a push.
Always carry a bottle of water to keep your body refreshed as you are on your exercise. You may try out new places to run to break the norm and ensure you are always safe run on safe paths not where there are moving vehicles. The best place may be a park and if with others get a hilly area that is safe as safety always comes first
